In a traditional Catalan farmhouse on the outskirts of Perpignan, a family property for 4 generations, we rent out guest rooms by the night and by the week.

We welcome you all year round in our five charming guest rooms located on the first and second floors, around a large communal lounge which gives access to a covered terrace shared between all the residents.

- Room n°1: Suite with garden view

Entrance office with a single bed, a wardrobe/closet. Master bedroom with a double bed and a desk, a large French window with a view of the garden. A private bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Possibility of adding a baby bed.

- Room n°2: Garden side

A large bedroom with double bed and fireplace, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe/closet to store your belongings. Two large glass French doors opening onto the garden.

A spacious bathroom with a shower, a magnificent 2nd Empire cast iron bathtub in perfect condition and a sink. Separate toilet.

Ideal room for a business stay: large desk, high-speed Internet access, sheltered from street noise.

- Room n°3: Terrace side

A large bedroom with double bed and fireplace, storage cupboard and wardrobe, single bed, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

Possibility of adding a baby bed.

- Room n°4: Bird Suite

Suite consisting of a master bedroom overlooking the courtyard and garden, with a large double bed, a single bed, a fireplace, a wardrobe, a marble table with chairs and a lounge area.

Possibility of converting the second bedroom into an office on request for business stays. Very spacious, overlooks the living room and the garden.

We have preserved the authenticity of the place and offer you a little journey through time.
You will find many family memories, particularly related to aviation because this house was inhabited by a former reconnaissance pilot passionate about aviation who had built up an exceptional collection sold in 2019 following the closure of the museum.

The architecture of the house is unique.

An old part dates back about 3 centuries.

The street side wing was partially built at the end of the 18th century and completed in 1870.

The garden wing and the three terraces in the Andalusian or ""New Orleans"" style» were also added in 1870, with the cellar behind and the operating buildings to the side.

The farmhouse became a wine estate which then produced 1500 to 2000 hectolitres of wine per year.

Breakfast included served in the old kitchen which has been very well preserved for over 150 years.

Free private parking on site.

Strong WiFi in the rooms and in the house.

Possibility of having a drink in the garden or on the terrace, in the afternoon from July 1st to September 30th depending on the weather.

Payment on site in cash as we do not yet have a credit card terminal.

5 minutes from the Perpignan Sud toll, 30 minutes from Spain, 10 minutes from the centre of the world, one hour from the ski slopes, half an hour from Leucate and its oyster farmers, 5 minutes from Lake Villeneuve de la Raho, 20 minutes from Collioure or the Saint Cyprien golf course, 15 minutes from Perpignan Rivesaltes airport.

Just cross the street to get to the Mas Palegry equestrian center and the ""La Table de Thomas"" restaurant.
