In a traditional Catalan farmhouse on the outskirts of Perpignan, 900 meters from TECNOSUD and AGROSUD, a family property for 4 generations, we rent out guest rooms by the night and by the week.

Beds are made, bath mats and towels are provided. Hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Hairdryers are available in each bathroom.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi in rooms and throughout the house
The farmhouse is connected to Bouygues fiber optic internet, and you can access Wi-Fi throughout the house. You'll find the code in your room.
Breakfast in the old kitchen on the ground floor between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.:
Coffee, tea, hot or cold chocolate, milk. Water, orange juice. Yogurt, 100% fruit applesauce with no added sugar. Crispy pipelette and super croissant from PENSUET, artisan baker in Villeneuve de la Raho. Sweet or salted butter, jams: Apricot, Corsican orange-clementine, strawberry, or raspberry. Cereals. Let us know if you have any food intolerances. We will do our best to find a solution.
Miscellaneous :
Access to a shared, south-facing, 35 m² covered terrace on the first floor. You can dine on the terrace by coordinating with your neighbors. Ask us for chairs if needed.
Table d'hôtes by reservation 48 hours in advance: closed outside the summer season or on request for groups of 6 or more.
Meal price: 25.00 per person. Wine and drinks extra.
